Delphoria Systems LLC ("Delphoria," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website does and does not collect, and how we handle information you choose to send us.
The short version
This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and builds no profile of you. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Information we do not collect
- No cookies or similar tracking technologies.
- No advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking pixels.
- No third-party analytics scripts.
- No account registration, and no forms that transmit data to us from this page.
Information you send us directly
If you email, call, or text us, we receive what you send: your name, contact details, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to carry out work you ask us to do. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping requirements, then delete it.
Infrastructure and server logs
This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. That processing is standard network infrastructure activity carried out on our behalf. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We ask both providers to process data only as needed to supply their service.
Client and matter information
Work we perform for clients is governed by the engagement agreement for that work, not by this policy. Where we build private cloud or AI environments, those are set up inside the client's own tenant or infrastructure. No outside processor receives client material as part of that design, which is deliberate: it avoids introducing a third party into privileged or confidential data.
Confidentiality
We treat client and prospective-client information as confidential. We do not use client material to train models, and we do not disclose client identities without permission.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy statutes. Email org@delphoria.ai and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Children
This site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and post the revised version here.
